We are very sorry but we do not accept returns on dolls. We sell only mint, new in box dolls. We feel once a doll has been shipped and removed from it's box, even for a short period of time it is no longer mint. We inspect all our items before shipping. Dolls and bears are inspected to assure they have all tags, accessories and their COA.
We can only accept credit cards through Paypal.
Checks and money orders are welcome. Please fill out the Order Form then submit it. We will calculate shipping and email you an invoice. Upon arrival of your check or money order we will notify you by email that your payment has arrived.
We ship the following business day after receipt of payment.
Dolls are shipped using FedEx. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
If you have a PO BOX we will ship using Parcel Post. Delivery time is 7-10 business days.
Faux milk bottles are shipped Ground to prevent a vacuum forming in the bottle.
